Want guidance with your CV or job search?
I’ve been working on yachts since 2006 and still work onboard today. I’ve been on both sides of the hiring process — applying for positions myself and helping hire interior crew — so I understand what recruiters, captains, and Chief Stews look for when reviewing CVs.
I offer 1:1 mentorship for yacht stews who want support with CVs, job applications, networking, and entering the industry.
You’ll get practical, honest guidance based on real, current yachting industry experience.
