Refund & Cancellation Policy
Digital Course Purchases
The IAMI GUEST–Accredited Introduction to Superyachts & Yachting Life (Unit 23) course is delivered by Seas the Day Training and is accessed immediately after purchase.
Because this is a digital product with instant access, refunds are not available once enrolment has been completed.
If you experience any technical issues accessing the course, please contact Seas the Day Training directly so they can assist you.
1:1 Coaching Sessions
Coaching sessions booked through Yacht Stew Guide are live, one-to-one services delivered online.
Cancellations or rescheduling
Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be eligible for rescheduling.
Missed sessions
If you do not attend your scheduled session without notice, the session will be considered delivered and cannot be refunded or rescheduled.
Refunds
Coaching sessions are non-refundable once booked, as time is reserved exclusively for you.
If an exceptional circumstance arises, please get in touch and we’ll review it on a case-by-case basis.
Mentorship Sessions (Video Calls)
- All sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking
- Cancellations or reschedule requests made more than 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund or reschedule
- Cancellations or reschedule requests made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable
- Failure to attend a scheduled session (no-show) will result in the session being forfeited without refund
- If you arrive late, the session will still end at the scheduled time
- One reschedule is permitted per booking if requested more than 24 hours in advance
Complimentary Coaching Sessions
If you receive a free 1:1 coaching session as part of enrolling in the IAMI GUEST–Accredited Introduction to Superyachts & Yachting Life (Unit 23) course through Yacht Stew Guide, please note the following:
The complimentary session has no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person.
The session is optional and provided as an added incentive when enrolling via this website.
The complimentary coaching session must be booked within 60 days of course completion.
If the session is not booked within this timeframe, it will be considered expired and cannot be redeemed.

- Turnaround times will be communicated at the time of booking
- This service includes 1 round(s) of revisions
- Additional revisions may be subject to an additional fee
- Due to the nature of digital services, CV services are non-refundable once work has commenced
